Wildlands
Project/Biodiversity Treaty Maps
These maps (example) show how up to 50% of
America might have been set aside in wilderness reserves and buffer zones if the
Biodiversity Treaty had been ratified by the U.S. Senate. Less detailed versions of these
maps were used to stop the ratification of the treaty on the Senate floor 1
hour before the Senate voted on the treaty.

region. Regional maps include cities, highways and county boundaries. All maps have
a full explanation and citations on the back Regions are diagramed and listed below:
