complete the UNESCO program. These programs already occupy over 50 million acres of US
soil. The 1996 US Census shows that over 36 million Americans already live in counties
that will eventually be negatively impacted by the existing Man and Biosphere Program.
Over 170 million Americans could be negatively impacted if the UNESCO program is ever
