Discerning the Times Digest and NewsBytes
Few
Americans and even fewer Christians are aware of an
incredible effort on the part of the international
community to create a world government and world
religion. The goal is to implement both through
international law during the year 2000.
The implications to the Christian Church are
far-reaching. If these efforts are successful, pastors
of Churches will be required top ledge allegiance to
pantheistic ethics, shifting the purpose of the Church
from that of preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to
that of saving what is believed to be a living,
sentient Mother Earth. The planned world government
appears to be patterned after the old Roman Empire,
raising the specter of the beast described in Daniel,
Revelation and other prophetic books.
The Church in America is asleep. It is not
spiritually prepared for what is likely to happen in
the near future. Discerning the Times attempts to
provide focused, capsulated monthly articles that will
keep the busy reader up-to-date on factual current
events and how they affect the Church. It is designed
to share with friends, neighbors and relatives who may
know nothing about this very real agenda. As a sub-
scriber, the reader will get the most current and
factual information possible from researchers of EPI
and Sovereignty International, who work within the
United Nations, the U.S. Congress and in local
communities where the action is occurring.
